Privacy Policy

Sometimes I use third-party advertising companies to show you ads when you’re on my site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits here and to other Web sites to provide advertisements about products and services that might interest you. If you want to learn more about this practice and to know your choices about not having this information used by these companies, please see:

I mainly just use Google Ads, and I sometimes make a small amount of money from these ads. Google uses something called a DoubleClick Cookie.

Google’s use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the internet

  • Users may opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Ad Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for interest-based advertising by visiting

In addition, you’ll see a pop-up that asks for your email address. You can just X out of it. The pop-up will only appear once a visit. You are not required to give me your email in order to read anything on my site. If you choose to give your email address, it puts you on a list in MailChimp so that I can send you my newsletter. Don’t panic, I pretty much never send newsletters and I won’t spam you. You can always unsubscribe. I WILL NEVER SHARE YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION WITH ANYONE EVER NO MATTER WHAT. I respect and value your privacy. You are also affected by MailChimp’s privacy policy, which you can read HERE.

This is my personal blog, written and edited by me, Victoria Fedden. This blog is for entertainment purposes only.

Every once in a rare while companies will contact me and ask me to write honest reviews on their products. Sometimes they will compensate me or send me free products for agreeing to do this. When I choose to review their products I will clearly let you know and I will always write an honest review of my experience with whatever product, good or bad or in between.

Occasionally, I will review products, places, experiences, etc. of my own choosing. In these instances, I have not been asked to review these items, nor have I received free products or services, nor have I been compensated. Sometimes I just enjoy writing about trying new things and sometimes I like to write about things I really love. I will always make it clear when I’m reviewing for fun or because I’ve been asked/paid/compensated.

I am a member of the Amazon Affiliates program. This is an ad program where websites earn ad fees by linking to Amazon products. That means that I will sometimes recommend products, books, etc. and provide affiliate links that lead you to the product on If you buy it, I would get a small commission, which would be paid to me in Amazon Gift Cards. When there are affiliate links in a post, I’ll let you know.
